The Board of Commissioners of the Metropolitan Knoxville Airport Authority will hold its regular monthly meeting at 4:00 p.m. on May 27, 2020. Immediately preceding that meeting, a Board workshop will be held at 3:15 p.m. followed by a Capital Improvements Committee meeting of the Board of Commissioners at 3:35 p.m. All three meetings will be held electronically, and no physical location of the meeting will exist.
In accordance with Governor Lee’s Executive Order No. 16, as extended by Executive Order No. 34, the Chair of the Board of Commissioners and President of the Metropolitan Knoxville Airport Authority have determined that these meetings will be held by electronic means to conduct the essential business of the Authority in order to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the public in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. At such meetings, the Board of Commissioners or the applicable committee thereof will be asked to concur in such determination prior to preceding with such meetings.

If members of the public wish to speak at public forum as described below, such participants are encouraged to join the Zoom platform by telephone in order to enhance audio quality.
If a member of the public would like to submit written comments as to any agenda item for the Board of Commissioners to consider, please email email@example.com before 12:00 p.m. on May 27, 2020 to ensure such comments can be disseminated to the Board of Commissioners prior to the meeting.
If a member of the public desires to speak during the public forum at the end of the regular meeting, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your first and last name and phone number from which you will be joining the call, prior to 12:00 p.m. on May 27, 2020, so that the meeting moderator is able to unmute you during the public forum. All remarks during the public forum must be limited to three minutes. Please note that if you do not register your Zoom account under the same information or if you do not call under the same phone number as you provided in the email to email@example.com, you will not be able to speak during the public forum, as the moderator will not know to unmute you.
