We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to access air travel, and we are committed to provide exceptional services to all our customers.
Access beyond the TSA Screening Checkpoint is limited to ticketed passengers only. However, we understand that special circumstances may arise, especially for travelers with specific needs. Airlines may grant permission for an individual to accompany a passenger requiring additional assistance beyond the checkpoint. This access is subject to TSA screening procedures. Family restrooms are located on the concourse near Gate 2 and Gate 7.
Accessible parking spaces are available in our Short Term, Long Term, and Economy Parking lots to cater to individuals with specific needs. In order to park in these designated spots, individuals must present a state-issued parking placard, license plate, or decal. These designated spaces are available at the standard daily parking rate.
Service animals are permitted in the airport. For the convenience of travelers with service animals, we have established a pet relief area outside of the lower level exit near the Airport Hilton.
A multi-language, translation phone is located at the information booth on the lower level. This is accessible 24 hours a day.
To ensure the comfort and ease of individuals with disabilities or medical concerns, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has formulated specific guidelines for the screening process. For additional information, we encourage you to visit the TSA website.
Travelers requiring wheelchair assistance can easily make arrangements directly through their airline. We strongly recommend making those requests in advance. In addition, the airport has customer service representatives available for additional assistance from 5 a.m.-7 p.m. If you need wheelchair assistance from your vehicle, please notify airport customer service at (865) 342-3180 or the traffic officers located on the curbside roadways.
