Yes. We provide our travelers with free Wi-Fi throughout the terminal. We also have multiple plug-in stations located throughout the terminal, which provide areas for travelers to charge technology devices conveniently. Standard rates are $1 per 20 minutes. Short Term Parking (7’ 2”) is $22 per day. Long Term Parking (7’ 10”) is $16 per day. Economy Parking is $11 per day. Taller vehicles or buses must contact Republic Parking in advance at 865-970-2749. If length of stay is greater than 30 days, please contact Republic Parking in advance.

Airport tenants such as the airlines, rental cars, food/retail concessions, security/screening companies, and other businesses do their own hiring and will need to be contacted directly regarding employment opportunities.

SunTrust and First Horizon ATMs are located before the TSA Security Checkpoint. A TN State Bank ATM is positioned just past security next to Ruby Tuesday.

McGhee Tyson Airport does not offer currency exchange services. Please contact your banking institution for assistance. Most major international airports have money exchange services.

McGhee Tyson Airport is not an international airport. There are no customs offices.

The information booth is located on the first floor of the airport in the baggage claim area. The info booth is staffed with airport representatives daily from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Community brochures featuring attractions throughout the city are available, as well as maps and driving directions. If you have a question regarding the airport or community, stop by and the attendant will be happy to assist you.

The Information Center is located at the center of the Baggage Claim Level. Staff can assist you with customer paging, including visual paging for the hearing impaired, language assistance, information and passenger If you need to page an individual, you may stop by the Information Center as well.

We encourage passengers to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before their scheduled departure for domestic flights and 2.5 hours before their scheduled departure for international flights. Many airline ticket counters close 30 – 45 minutes prior to departure to allow staff to assist with the flight.

Visit www.tsa.gov for a list of permitted and prohibited items. Liquid items for a carry-on are restricted to 3.4oz and must be placed in a quart-size zip-top bag, limit one bag per passenger. The size of a carry on is 22x14x9.

Passengers over the age of 18 are required to show a photo driver’s license, passport, or other government issued identification. For a list of acceptable identification, click here. Minors are not required to have a government issued photo ID, but passengers should check with their airlines to see if minors need documentation for proof of age.

Starting on May 7, 2025, passengers will need a REAL ID or another acceptable form of identification to fly within the U.S. For more information, please visit tsa.gov/real-id.

There are many ways to make reservations for a flight. You can book directly with an airline through their website or by calling their 1-800 reservations line. You can also book flights through online travel sites such as kayak.com or google.com/flights. To make changes to an existing reservation, passengers must contact the company/airline where the original reservation was made.
